This opportunity seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide specialized support in educational and early intervention settings in the Lakeville, MN area.
Position 1: School-Based SLP
- Location: Elementary school setting
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 8:15 AM 4:15 PM, ASAP to End of School Year (EOSY)
- Caseload: Approximately 65 students
- Responsibilities include addressing speech and language needs, including support for students in center-based programs
- Required License: Active Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Certification
Position 2: Birth to 2 SLP
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, ASAP to 6/30/2026
- Caseload: Manage around 12 infants and toddlers, conduct 15-18 home visits weekly
- Focus: Developmental delays; all clients served on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), not Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Desired Qualifications for Both Positions:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid license and credentials (including CCC where applicable)
- Experience working in school-based and/or early intervention settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively
- Ability to collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
